Welcome to the SANAE 50 Antarctic Adventure...We are in Antarctica for 14 months from December 2010. 11 scientists and technicians will maintain the base through the long dark winter conducting experiments, observing weather, aurora & keeping a South African presence in, the last wilderness on our planet.
